Milani Spellbinding

Wow - I'm on fire this week! Better get it while it lasts - I'll probably go quiet again soon :)

Here's another one of my Cherry Culture finds - Spellbinding from Milani.

Spellbinding is from the 2009 Halloween Collection and reminds me a bit of China Glaze's Lubu Heels.

Fine red glitter in a black base, it's positively devilish -

Hot like lava!

I've tried to get some different lighting so you can see how the colour changes.
Sometimes it's so dark it just looks black, in others almost copper, and then bright vibrant red.

I find the Milani brushes a little on the narrow long side, but they're workable - just don't overload the brush as the formula is quite watery.

This is 3 layers plus a top coat. I strongly suggest you use a top coat as it makes the glitter pop so much more and gives a really glassy quality to the polish.

If you're a fan of black polish, well I think this is right up your alley.
The tiny glitter adds oomph without it looking childish, and the gloss adds a touch of class. Dare I say it might even be work-safe in some situations.
