L.A. Girl - Headbanging

Oof. Blogger is being an absolute bitch today!
Sorry about the lack of updates, but life gets in the way, you know.
Life at the mo has brought a weird allergic reaction to some unknown substance (not formaldehyde) that has made my right eye swell up to twice it's size. Joy.

So here I sit like Quasi-fucking-modo with half my face looking like a red bean bag. You know what can help with red pigmentation? Green.



See my neat segue? Wasn't that cool. I am Queen of the Segue. And apparently the Bog of Stench right now. Rack off, Sir Didymus - I'm trying to type!

Sigh.
So this is 'Headbanging", which I picked up from Cherry Culture during a sale.



The colour swatches on Cherry are woeful - tiny little squiggles that make it hard to make out colour or texture (although they've got them from the polish companies themselves, so they're only partly to blame). Hopefully as I swatch my haul, you'll get an idea of what some of these look like if you feel like ordering them yourselves.



So as you can see, this is glass-flecky green goodness. I love glass-fleck polishes - they're metallic without the peeling and durability problems of foils or holos.


This went on quite thin. Took 3 good coats to reach bottle colour, but totally worth it to my mind. The lovely teal colour is to die for.


And what's the best thing about this? It's $2.80US ($2.60 Australian) plus postage. Amazing value!
